We used the T-30 during WW-II, in Sherman tanks for obvious reasons ,and for
the
most part they were a disaster .Only about 35 % of the people could use them
with
any degree of decent communications . There were some (as Bacon mentioned)
who could
not get any thing resembling speech thru them .They used their feet and
hands to communicate!
