There's a guy named Robert Downs in Houston (WA5???) who has cables for
a lot of military stuff. Sorry I don't have his call suffix. If you read
some of the Boatanchors digests on

you'll find him - he posts quite often. Pretty sure he'd have ART-13
cables.
