[AMRadio] PLC industry comes out of the woodworks

As expected, on the last day of filing before the deadline, most of the 
comments by the industry appeared. Typcially they extol the virtues of PLC 
broadband, with assurances that it will cause no harmful interference to 
radio users, then proceed to plead for "rapid deployment", arguing against 
delays while tests would be conducted. They are very short on details of how 
interference will be mitigated, but are quick to plead that the concerns of 
the amateur community are "exaggerated".

I haven't attempted to tackle the ARRL's response, since it is over 100 
pages long! Even with broadband cable recently installed, I haven't felt up 
to downloadig the PDF file.

The comments make for some interesting reading. Hope you got yours in on 
time. Of course, there is still a 30-day "reply comment" period left to get 
in your 2c worth as you respond to other people's comments.
