Don,

This does not look to me like a standard UTC transformer model #.  They made 
a lot of custom transformers for specific applications but these are not 
listed in the UTC catalogue.  About the only source of info for special 
order UTC transformers would be the documentation that came with the unit 
the transformer was used in.  You may get lucky.
