Hi Mike
You need to contact Total Electronics,
http://www.nctotalelectronics.com/index.html#Paints
they have the paints you need and know about the decals too.  I have been
restoring
Johnsons and other Vintage AM rigs for a long time and now getting into
the Big Iron
with a couple of Collins 20V-2s to restore and put on 75M.
Good luck and let me knoe if you need anything,  I have a spare parts
Viking in the shop.  Hope this helps.
