You can also find good mod transformers like 300 watt multi match
thordarsons and utc cvm4 types around, on ebay and on this list,
much cheaper than a brand new Peter Dahl transformer.

There are also loads of old mod transformers out of military rigs
like the bc610, T368, and other older radios around.

No, you cant just go to radio shack and buy a dozen, but you can came
up with what you need if you look around and let people
know you need one.
