EPCOS makes them. not cheap, but in several values/voltages.
everything from surface mount ceramics to the oily biggies.

I discovered this in their catalog, while getting some samples
inductors for a VDSL prototype.

Speaking of HV caps ..

Does anyone know a source for caps in the range of 2-4uF at 3-
4KV.  I haven't had much luck coming up with anything at the usual 
places, such as Fair, Newark, SSN, RF Parts, etc.  Sent an email to 
Chicago Condenser, but they didn't see fit to respond ....
