I certainly mean no offense, Joe... however, think about it this way:

who in their right mind would screw-over someone who has the resources
to make life a living hell?  Not saying you would - however, when properly
motivated, I'm sure that the first person(s) contacted would be the lawyers.

but the average of us schmucks don't have the resources to go after such a
theif.
