[AMRadio] How does this work???

I am using a program called MailWasher which I downloaded. I liked it so
much that I payed for a subscription.
It downloads email headers form your mail server and checks the content
against online spam databases. It then lists the messages, highlights
suspected spam and gives you options to delete or bounce the messages
without downloading them. You can preview a message which downloads it to a
local buffer without triggering your email reader if you want to see what
the contents are before making a decision. It allows you to form a personal
blacklist of senders or domains. You can override external or local
blacklists for individual origins and senders with a mouseclick and the
program saves the updated screening logic.
My spam has decreased significantly and I look forward now to screening and
bouncing the garbage back to the SOBs and their internet providers.
A Google websearch will get you the latest version.
See what you think.
There are other spam-blockers out there as well. You might find something
better but I am satisfied with this so far.
I did preview a message containing a virus and the Norton's Antivirus
"attack screen" came up saying that my computer was being shut down to
protect it. When I rebooted I a complete antivirus screen of all my
hard-drive files and then deleted the virus containing message from my
mailserver using MailWasher without downloading it in Outlook Express.
