mailto:k0ng at inebraska.com Hey Charlie, I don't want to wear us out but the one I saw is a SINGLE 6AQ5 crystal controlled 5 watt Modulated oscillator with a very nice modulator abd speech ampplfier. Too nice to waste on a rig like this. I would put a Pierce crystal oscillator 6C4 in front and then drive the 6AQ5 and get rid of the FM. It would not be very much FM, only some one with a BFO on (SSB RX) would know. This was 75 meters so it is really only academic.
