[AMRadio] series modulation...???

I've been in this discussion before, at length, and the best answer I've
seen, is somewhere in Part 97, where it says, in effect, is any FM signal
below 29.Mc will be no wider than a standard AM signal.  Therefore, I'm
going to assume that deviation can only be 2.5kc, for a 5kc swing, which 
is around 1kc less than the standard 6kc audio, of a normal AM signal.
