Phil,
Be sure that you are RESAMPLING as well as resizing the pics. Most program
have a algorithm that adjusts the DPI as it resizes. If you don't do this,
it WILL look jagged. I always increase my DPI when I decrease the size of
the image. Seems to work great that way.
