Ok:
I have just successfully modulated into the dummy load with the transformer
hooked up right. Looked great with 100% modulation on the scope. Hey, not my
fault the Gates schematic had the wrong numbers on it and didn't look at all
like the transformer that was installed.  Well, ok. Yes it was. I should
have verified the thing before I wired it up. Anywho, were getting closer to
being in business. Now the damn thing works fine into a dummy but the
modulator oscillates when into the antenna. I still need to clean up the
transmitter side of things. But there's hope.
