[AMRadio] Monitor your on signal on the web

It only works with Windows Media Player in the File menu - Open URL - You
can not click on the URL listing in the email and make it work.  You must
type it in once you have Windows Media Player up and running.

I couldn't make it work with Real Player and i'm not sure what version of
WMP it will work with.  I'm just Experimenting right now.  Hope to get it
better later for imeadiateweb access.
