But, you see, Bill ? Steve doesn't have any idea
what you're talking about! He's an AOL GUI yuppie. :)
At AOL everything is done FOR YOU, so the intelligence
level doesn't increase relating to computer operations.
I doubt he even knows how many Low-ASCII characters there
are or what is meant by the term 'flat-ASCII', or wtf High
ASCII chars are, nor at what decimal they start... ;)
