I had noticed the phenomena of "peak out off dip" but only with PI net
output rigs that were not loaded to the proper Q of the Tank I think it
effects the neutralization.  I have never noticed it on any of my
Push-Pull Triode finals using a balanced Tank and Link coupling with
cross neutralization.  I wonder if any one else has found this.
