According to Eimac, the 250TH running at 2000v/250ma (500 watts in) delivers 
335 watts out in plate modulated service.  That is the actual rated plate 
efficiency of the tube.  Assuming 90% efficiency in the rf tank circuit, 
that leaves 301.5 watts.

According to my BC-610 repair manual, the rated power output of the 610 on 
the lower frequencies is 300 watts.  On the higher end of the frequency 
range (vicinity of 18 mHz) they say 200 watts.
