Hi Don...
This is pretty most what I am seeing right now in real time on 40m
up here in Central Maine...
I used to work CW on the upper half of the novice band on 80m but don't do
that any more because of the Canadian SSB operators, the lower half
seems to have a bit of Euro and S.A. util stuff that causes a pain...
All of what you have posted so far is approximately correct for this
region in the north...
