Bill,
Do I detect a little "don't ask don't tell" phobia here?
There are many questions that get asked many times over by newcomers and even
long timers. I take his question to be one of wanting to understand how power
levels are related with the different modes of operation not as trying to
police anything.
Maybe I am wrong.
