Also available at hamfests are ARRL handbooks from the 50s, 60s and 70s or
the 'West Coast Handbooks' edited by Bill Orr which are even better, but
have some other name. I must have a dozen of these somewhere, but right
now... The 357B is right in there. Machlett made some nice tubes.
