Hi Tom,

I can supply atransformer with two 2.5 volt windings each capable of 5A. I am not 
sure of the insulation but I can also supply ceramic standoffs that will help. This 
Raytheon xfmr will also supply 10V at 25A and 775V at 70 mA. Quite a brute!
