Do your V70D finals tend to self-oscillate?

I had a Globe 400 and mine did. FInally gave up on it. If I had one  now, I would 
NOT let it get away from me!!

I'd either find out how to neutralize the sucker or go to some other type of more 
stable final amp stage.
