[AMRadio] V10 in GSB-100?

I don't know the whole story, but I do know that my GSB-100 also had a
12AT7 in place of the 12AV7 when I acquired it. I can guess that it was
a popular substitution because (1) the AT7 is a helluva lot more common
than the AV7, and (2) it worked. I tried a 12AV7 in mine (I had exactly
one in a junk box of hundreds, maybe thousands, of tubes) and there was
no noticible difference in the XTAL osc. output.

Enjoy the GSB-100 on SSB, and even AM, but there are much better choices
of transmitters available for the latter.
