Ron,  theres a single  6146  in  the  final,  so  you need  3mils of grid  
drive and  the  final  load up  to 110 mils  fully  dipped in cw.
Switch  to  AM and  you  should  be   ready to  talk.  Resting  current
on the   modulator  should  be  about  50  - to  80  mils.  Russ
