[AMRadio] Low Power AM Night

It sounds like alot of us were there for the net but the static from a
midwest thunderstorm was incredibly bad.  I could hear alot of low power
carriers in the fray but couldn't pull many out.  One interesting note is
that I copied my friend Don N9OO S-9+ and he was running only 30 watts on
his Millen Exciter from Kenosha Wisconsin.  I think there was a pipe line
between St. Paul and Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois as Larry WA9VRH
was running around 50 db/S9 on my 75A4 and he was using his Heath DX-100.
Awesome signal Larry!  Had the thunderstorm static not been there, the
propagation would have been great for low power AM night.  In spite of bad
conditions, it was still fun.
