It may not have been this reflector where I saw the question.  I'm on too 
many reflectors.

Anyhow they're manufactured by Volex -->  http://www.volexpowercords.com/

The model numbers are 17952 and 17280.  Watch the polarity on these cords - 
they aren't the same. It appears that 17952 is the correct polarity for old 
HP and Fluke gear. They're available from Allied and probably some of the 
other big supply houses too.
