Subject: [AMRadio] Cabinet Wanted
: Greetings all,
:
: I'm looking for cabinet to house a newly acquired SX-73. Must have a
: hinged top (or hinged opening in the top), 10.5 inches of panel space,
: standard rack width (19 inches), standard rack mounting holes, and at
: least 17 inches clearance behind the panel.
I guess I don't know all the models out there, but every SX-73 I've ever seen,
already had the rack panel on it, and the top of the reciever was pretty
difficult to remove, in that it's part of the structure.
I've got the Military Version (R-274/FRR ["D" model]) and had an SX-73,
Civilian, made by Halliscratcher (well, both made by Hallicrafter), and they
looked pretty identical.
: 73 de Dave, W4QCU
: Oak Ridge, TN
Send me some e-mail, Dave, to: my Callsign (w5omr) @ yahoo.com and I'll send
you a picture of it. There might even be one there, on the NOS page.
