[AMRadio] National IF transformer

HI Russ:

Probably going to have to do so.  I was in deepest hopes that I could find
an original so it would look stock.  No luck yet.  No one wants to part out
a 183D.  This is a clean radio that looks good and will work good when this
is fixed.
