Superglue!
Have repaired all sorts of knobs, capacitors, coils, fuse holders, and all
types of parts I used to have to throw away. Screw terminal strips are
nicely recovered.
I look for sales and buy whatever 3/$1.00 specials I can find.
Unfortunately, superglue is a bit more expensive these days, (but not much).
