[AMRadio] Type of glue to use

Hi Gary, if you find a glue, let us all know.  I tried plastic model cement,
epoxy, and just about everything else I had around. I ended up making new
strips from Lexan and "bolting" them together using nylon screws threaded
into the inside Lexan strip.

It seemed to hold up fine during the testing phases on my amp, but I haven't
looked inside in a couple years... but it hasn't blown up.
