Hello!
In my 1938/39 Cat. the listing is;
Primary for 500 ohm line.
15 watts
Ratio primary to 1/2 secondary;
1:3.15,1:2.75,1:2.5,1:2.25,1:2,1:1.75,1:1.4,1:1.25,1:.85,1:.75
All mod tubes referenced were triodes ,for example,
211's @1000v 200w -77vb 6900pp -- driver ratio1/2 sec 1:1.75
     @1250v260w -100vb 9000pp-- driver ratio1/2 sec 1:2
838's @ same spec as above except for 0vb ,driver ratio 1:.85

Thordarson minimised their catalog and spec with more focus
on radio TV after 1941 so there is no listing for use with 813's.
