Mike,
I read an article in electric radio some time ago
about the restored globe king 500.
It looked very nice indeed!
I don't hear many here in New Jersey.
There are a few around, Bruce, WA3JVJ has a 400, Rick
(cant remember call) has a 500, but both
of those guys don't get on anymore.
Seems I hear mostly home brew rigs or ssb rigs on 40M AM.
Throw in some broadcast rigs, some Collins and Johnson
stuff, and a dx100 or two, and an art13, a few bc610,s
and there you have it.
