: 1st Apache, bought in 1959, had 6146B's put in around 1972. There still
: in there and still working. 2nd Apache had 6146B's put in around 1988.
: There still in there and working. No parasitics but neutralization had be
: adjusted. Whenever any new finals are put in, the neutralization should
: be checked and adjusted if necessary.

And that goes for any transmitter that uses a pair of tubes in the final,
be they 6146's, or even (*gasp*) sweep tubes.
