[AMRadio] Leo Meyerson Biography

Greetings All,

I just received a telephone call from Leo regarding his forthcoming
biography.   Specifically, he told me that the delivered price will be
$18.95.

There has been a lot of traffic on this and other reflectors stating
that the estimated price is $14.95.  This estimate took into account
printing cost, but not shipping and handling cost.

Those of us who sent something less than $18.95 should mail a check for
the difference to Leo (address from QRZ.com):
