[Alinco] Battery source?

I have an Alinco DJ-C1T miniature 2 meter transceiver that needs a 
battery.ï¿½ Batteries America lists several batteries for Alinco products 
but does not list one for this radio. The battery numbers are: Li-ion, 
ML11-1657, 751; 3.7v-500mAh.ï¿½ Did a web search and could not find a 
suitable replacement.

Does anyone know of a source?
