[Alinco] DX-70 relay questions

My DX-70 has developed an annoying habit of losing sensitivity during receive. It's very irregular, the rig may operate normally for a while, but occasionally after a transmission when it switches back to receive mode the sensitivity is greatly reduced. I think it's a relay problem. It might be more than one relay. Sometimes it's cured by turning the rig on and off a few times, or tapping the key or the PTT a few times. The loss of sensitivity is quite severe.

There is another sensitivity problem that is not so severe. Sometimes if I cycle the RF attenuator I find the sensitivity goes up as I switch to a less sensitive position and the sensitivity is normal when I get back to the +10 level. I can hear a relay click going from 0 to -10. My first question is where is this relay located?  I've been unable to locate it on the schematic diagram.

I believe I have located another relay that is the cause of  the severe sensitivity loss when returning to receive after transmitting. It's in one of the relays on the filter board. I turned the rig upside down, and took off the bottom cover and the shiny cover over the f the filter board. I then tried thumping with my finger on the relays on the filter board (there are 15 of them) I found that I can sometimes bring on the loss of sensitivity and  by thumping on RL514. Repeated thumps on the same relay eventually restore the sensitivity.

This relay is marked 22D12, 9540N (the second number probably a date code). My second and most important question is, where can I get a replacement for this part?

Any help and general suggestions would be appreciated.
