[Alinco] Problem with Alinco DR-110

I have a problem with an Alinco DR-110, and am wondering if
others might have had the same problem, if is common, or not.

The DR-110 works fine on transmit.  Full power out, good audio,
etc.  On receive it "sort of works".  One can not hear recovered
audio from the speaker.  The received signal is visible on the
S meter (i.e. it deflects properly, and the proper amount when
a signal is on the air).  The audio amp must be working, as
there is white noise when the squelch is opened.  But there
is no receive audio.  I am guessing there is a coupling cap
someplace that has opened, not letting the recovered audio thru.

Any one seen anything like this?  Any suggestions?
