The radio is conected to SWR.meter and dummy load and 40A PS. I have
tried two power cables.
I have measured the VCO voltage. At 29.00MHz it is suposed to be 6.0V
plus/minus 0,1V. The voltage is 5.90V when the radio is cool and drops
just below when the radio is warm. The flicker seem to get worse as the
radio get warmer. If I transmit for 10 minutes it can flicker two, three
times and sometimes even more.
I guess I should try to adjust the VCO voltage, but I could not find a
suitable tool, just now.
Or any other ideas?
