I have just purchased an Alinco DJ 195. We use it for hanggliding in the Netherlands, to communicate to each other when we are all
airborne.

Originally, I could send on all frequencies with the device. After a repair, however, I can only send from 144 MHz to 147.999. I can
see the other range, but when I send it says "off". Can you help me how to reset the radio to be able to send on all frequencies
again?
