Hi Tom...

The service manual sez adjust this pot for 10 watts.  However, it's located on the
top side of the main unit board (the side you see when you remove the top cover when
the rig is sitting upright).  When you remove the top cover, you will see the
speaker.  To the right of the speaker, you will see the filter cans.  VR8 is the pot
just above the filters, and to the lower left of the slide switch.  This is the DX-70
(1995 vintage) and not the T or TH.
