[Alinco] Alinco mic cable

I have a Alinco DR590-T, dual band mobile. The mic cord has a intermitten 
break somewhere in the strain relief at the mic head. Does anyone know how 
to get a new mic cord (I've tried the web site and e-mailed all that I could 
find addresses for)??  Also how do you get the plastic header plug off of 
the pcb without breaking something??
