[Alinco] Ali+co DX-70 low power adjustment?

The Alinco DX-70 HF+6M transceiver has an internal
switch that sets its
HF high-power level to either 50W or 100W. In low
power mode, however, 
the manual does not mention any way of adjusting power
output -- low
output for HF is 10W. 

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to change the low
power level to 5W,
to limit power for operation at "official" contest QRP
level?
