Repeatedly hitting the 'F' function button followed by the TOT button will shift between +, -, and simplex offset.
If you have audio on your external speaker, all audio circuitry *except* the physical wires to the internal speaker and the internal speaker itself are OK.
I have a DR-130T by the way and I like it. I have the additional memory module on it so it sports 100 channels.
If you can't download the manual somewhere, let me know and I'll scan the important (read: not Chinese/Japanese/French/Spanish) parts.

Subject: [Alinco] DR-130T help
Hi: I just acquired a used DR-130T Sn T009626 with no instructions at a hamfest
yesterday. Everything seems to work ok except the audio output in to the
internal speaker is dead ( yet the external works ok) and I can not figure out
how to get it into simplex mode. It seems that there is no DR-130T
Instruction Manual posted to Alinco's web site. I did find the service manual.
Was there something that would usually fail in the audio circuit? The only way
I can get it to simplex is to set the offset to zero and then save it to
memory.
Any help that anyone can provide would be appreciated.
Over all , I am impressed with the quality of the radio...
