[Alinco] Blinking Function

The flashing FUNC indicator shows that the DR-600 is in remote control
mode, i.e. it can receive commands over the air using DTMF tones to turn on
and off the crossband repeater, QSY, etc.,. To cancel this function, hold
the FUNC button in and symultaneously push the DOWN MHZ button. To
activate, hold in FUNC and push the UP MHZ button. To turn on the crossband
repeater from the front panel, hold down FUNC and push VHF. To turn it off,
hold down FUNC and push UHF.
