[ALHam] vhf test

Unless you get some E or F or TE skip on six...and unless you are on a high
hill somewhere....V/Uhf contests are basically a bust.

You can only do so much with tropo..  Ain't like HF guys.

The thing to do is get a high hill and concentrate the efforts.
