Glad to hear that your computer needs were handled.

As for the computer connection, are you using a cell phone to make the
connection?  If so you need to change rate plans. Most cell phone companies
offer free LD.  You could get a local ISP, but you may be better off with a
different cell phone plan since it would be used for other things besides
data.
