Good Morning and Happy Summer!

We'd like to send you a reminder about the upcoming SET.  We'll be following the same format as last year, but it will also include a Call Down Tree exercise. This is so that in a real-world scenario, we all have the ability to reach up and down one level with maximum efficiency.

 

A call down tree, or phone tree is a hierarchy of people/contacts that forward messages to the next group or person. Each person in the phone tree has a responsibility of who you would call.   It prevents from 1 person from having to make all the calls to get the word out.
