It's that time of the month-- yet again-- where The Golden Voice of Net
Control starts the "ask" for net controllers for the upcoming month!

DSTAR Wednesday- 3, 10, 17, 24 June
2m Thursday- 4, 11, 18, 25 June

SPECIAL NETS- The planning process is in the works as we speak to have a
"joint special VHF net" between us and the Mount Vernon Amateur Radio
Club.   Due to both clubs' schedules, this net will most likely be held
over a weekend or a Monday night.  Standby for more details as the plans
solidify.

And yes, I'm asking once again for a volunteer or volunteers to be an
"understudy" for net control planning and assignments.  In light of the
passing of KC5QCN, the various clubs Gary had involvement in are scrambling
to find replacements for the various activities he was part of as "the show
must go on."  I have a pretty good feeling I'm going to be around for a
little while longer, but, I want to ensure that the club has more than one
person that can do the NCS planning and duties.   If you're interested, hit
me up soonest!
