Interesting findings with DSTAR picture sharing. If your image size is
640x480 with a lot of detail, you will only transmit 2/3 of the picture
before the repeater's 3 minute time-out timer gets you.  However, you
should be able to pick up where you were timed out by specifying the
starting block (and some overlap should be fine).  If you don't specify,
your re-transmission will default to the upper left corner.  We'll try this
next week to confirm.
