Sent you a Discord invitation!  I don't have an ID-31A so hopefully others
weigh in.  All Icom radios are pretty similar.  Do you have a Swedish
amateur license?  If so, you probably need to use that from Sweden.  If you
don't then you can use your US license under CEPT, see
https://www.arrl.org/cept.
